RETURN POLICY


8.1. Returns and Cancellation


Ready-to-Wear

8.1.1. Under section 10 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within fourteen (14) working days of receipt. Notice of Order cancellation under the DSRs must be given in writing to: Notice of Order Cancellation, Customer Care by email to customerservice@izmaylova.co.uk

8.1.2. For orders cancelled under the DSRs, we will issue you with a full refund. However, you will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost. Cancelled orders should be returned to: IZMAYLOVA Ltd, Unit 1, Leroy House, 436 Essex Road, London N1 3QP.

8.1.3. All items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original condition and in their original packaging with all IZMAYLOVA garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, and price tags should be included with your return.

8.1.4. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse.

8.1.5. In case of dispute, we recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.

8.1.6. IZMAYLOVA reserves the right to refuse returns of Products that do not satisfy these terms. In the event that of a mistake or if the product is defective, the customer must inform IZMAYLOVA immediately by contacting: customerservices@izmaylova.co.uk;

8.1.7. In the unlikely event of a defective product, the customer has the right to receive a replacement or to exchange for another product (subject to availability) free of charge. If IZMAYLOVA fail to produce a replacement or an exchange, the customer will be awarded with store credit equal to the value of the purchased product to be used with one hundred and eighty days (180) from receipt.

Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order under the DSRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation within fourteen (14) working days of receiving the order, by email or post as described above.


Bespoke/Made-To-Measure

8.1.8. In accordance with section 13.1.(c) of The Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulations Act 2000 we do not accept returns or exchanges on any made-to-measure garments. Once you have approved the size, colour and length, you are confirming that you are completely satisfied with your order and want your garment shipped to you.

8.1.9. All individual measurements are the sole responsibility of each IZMAYLOVA customer. We strongly recommend that you have your measurements taken by a professional seamstress, tailor or alterations specialist, for better accuracy of your individual measurements. If your garment was made in the measurements provided and it does not fit, IZMAYLOVA is not responsible for wrongly given measurements. IZMAYLOVA is also not responsible for alterations costs associated with wrongly given measurements.

8.1.10. Customers are invited to arrange appointments to view the garment and/or take measurements in store at IZMAYLOVA’s atelier. Please contact customer care for more information at customerservices@izmaylova.co.uk 

8.1.11. All prices on our website are also based on standard sized garments that measure from a size 8 to 14. Due to the cost of extra materials and labour there will be an additional charge up to £500 for full figured sized garments that measure from a size 8 to 14. Please contact one of our experienced sales representatives to receive more information regarding our policies and procedures.

8.1.12. IZMAYLOVA is willing to return a garment based on a manufacturer defect only. We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that is ordered here at IZMAYLOVA. All merchandise that is ordered is in brand new condition. If you feel your merchandise is defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. If our staff finds that the merchandise is damaged or defective, we will get a new order out to you as quickly as possible. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been worn, altered or misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you. IZMAYLOVA will incur shipping charges on damaged or defective merchandise, and will reimburse their customer’s if supplied with the proper shipping receipts. IZMAYLOVA will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is found to be damaged, worn, altered or misused by the customer, and will charge the customer.

8.1.13. Since each of our garments are made at the time of ordering, IZMAYLOVA must enforce a strict no exchange, no refund, and no return policy. Should you return the garment without verbal and/or written authorization to do so and there is not a manufacture defect, you will still be obligated to pay the full purchase price of the garment. Refusal or non-deliverable merchandise will also be subject to the full purchase price.
