1.2. Registration and Use of website

1.2.4. The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify IZMAYLOVA immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

1.2.5. IZMAYLOVA reserves the right to deny you access to our Site and/or its services in its sole discretion if we have reason to believe:

IZMAYLOVA is not responsible for the availability of the Linked Websites, and is not liable in any way for their content, including, without limitation to, any goods or services available from such Linked Websites, other advertising, content or the use that such Linked Websites make of your personal information. Furthermore, IZMAYLOVA is not responsible for any offence, damage or loss caused by or connected to the use or reliance on such Linked Websites or their content thereon.


1.3. Eligibility to Purchase

1.3.1. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18. If you are under 16 you must let your parent or guardian know about IZMAYLOVA'saPrivacy Policyabefore you register to use this Site or any of this Site's services.

1.3.2. In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

1.3.3. The Site is available only to those who meet the IZMAYLOVA terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to IZMAYLOVA, whose applications are acceptable to IZMAYLOVA and who have authorized IZMAYLOVA to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase.aIZMAYLOVA reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

1.3.4. By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and where IZMAYLOVA feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.

1.3.5. You agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

1.4. Orders

1.4.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

1.4.2. The ordering options available to you are via telephone or our website. Please visit our customer service pages for further information.

1.4.3. Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If payment for an order is processed and if we have already accepted payment for the order, this will be refunded to your account or the card which you made payment.

1.4.4. If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our Site, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the Site.

1.4.5. IZMAYLOVA will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year


1.5. Pricing Policy

1.5.1. Prices shown on the Site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable, as indicated in the top left hand corner of the Site.

1.5.2. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The GBP price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of patent error.

1.5.3. Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.

1.5.4. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Sterling or Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

1.5.5. IZMAYLOVAamay vary the prices of Products listed on the Website at any time and without any notice but such changes will not apply to Products in respect of which you have been sent a Dispatch Confirmation.

1.5.6. Please note that in some countries additional duties may be payable to your local tax authorities on receipt of your delivery. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.


1.6. Acceptance of Your Order

1.6.1. Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, but a confirmation that we have received it.

1.6.2. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and IZMAYLOVA will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in London, England and the language of the contract is English.

1.6.3. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the terms.

1.6.4. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.


1.7. Payment

1.7.1. Payment can be made by: Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro debit cards, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by IZMAYLOVA. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to IZMAYLOVA, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

1.7.2. We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are powered by WorldPay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. If you are a registered IZMAYLOVA user, we will securely store your credit/debit card details on our systems. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated.

1.7.3. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, IZMAYLOVA uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

1.7.4. Credit Cards are debited in Great British Pounds, and the final price will be calculated using the applicable exchange rate the day the Credit Card Company processes the transaction. Any additional charges incurred by currency conversion fee are subject to the cardholder’s bank. IZMAYLOVA is not responsible for any such charges; we suggest you consult with your bank for further information.

1.7.5. We take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

1.8. Pre-Order Payment

1.8.1. Clients can place orders for merchandise that is scheduled to arrive later in the season.

1.8.2. We remind Clients that Pre-Orders are scheduled to arrive before the end of the month indicated on the web site.

1.8.3. In the event an item reserved by the Client does not arrive, the Client will be informed and refunded or issued store credit.

1.8.4. The credit card will be debited the date of order placement. PayPal payments for Pre-Orders are the same day as order placement.

1.8.5. The shipping address country inserted for Pre-Orders cannot be modified, updated or changed in any way.
