E_VOUCHERS


5.1. E-Vouchers

The following are the Terms & Conditions for IZMAYLOVA E-Vouchers:

5.1.1. The intended e-voucher recipient may only purchase and use the unique code specified for an IZMAYLOVA E-Voucher in accordance with these terms and conditions.

5.1.2. E-Vouchers will be sent via email to the email address you have registered your account with. You will be provided with a link that will generate a code for the value specific to your E-voucher.a

5.1.3. For the E-Voucher to apply you must enter the generated code at the check-out in the payment section in the ‘E-Voucher’ field and click on ‘use E-Voucher’.

5.1.4. E-Vouchers can be redeemed or part-redeemed against an order on any purchase. The value of an E-Voucher ranges from Twenty Pounds (£20) to two thousand five hundred pounds (£2500).

5.1.5. E-Vouchers are limited to one E-voucher per person.

5.1.6. E-Vouchers can only be used online at www.izmaylova.co.uk

5.1.7. E-Vouchers cannot be transferred,aredeemed for cash, credit or used for previous purchases.

5.1.8. You may only use one E-voucher per purchase.

5.1.9. Where you use an E-Voucher to purchase a Product which has less value than the E-Voucher, the difference will be stored on your registered account as store credit.

5.1.10. Where you use an E-Voucher to Purchase a Product which has more value than the E-Voucher you will charge your nominated payment the difference between the value of the E-Voucher and the price of the Product in the transaction.

5.1.11. You must use your E-Voucher within one hundred and eighty (180) days of receipt.

5.1.12. IZMAYLOVA Ltd will not refund an E-Voucher unless the terms and conditions of the sale for the applicable type of product shall apply in respect of the cancellation of your order, non-receipt of Product, incorrect, faulty, defective goods and your general right to return the Product. If you are entitled to a refund according to these terms and conditions then the refund policy as set out in the applicable terms and conditions shall apply except your account will be accredited with store credit. You will not be entitled to a refund of the amount of the promotional code as this amount was already deducted from the original total costs of your purchase when the Products were ordered. Please refer to our refund policy for the relevant information.

5.1.13. IZMAYLOVA Ltd is not liable for any lost or stolen E-Vouchers. If your promotional code is incorrect/defective please contact our customer care for further assistance at customerservices@izmaylova.co.uk

5.1.14. IZMAYLOVA Ltd reserves the right to refuse authorisation on any E-Voucher transaction.

5.1.15. By confirming your order using the promotional code you are accepting these terms and conditions.
