STORE CREDIT


4.1. Store Credit

4.1.1. Store Credit is only valid online and atawww.izmaylova.co.uk

4.1.2. Store Credit can only be used by the registered user’s account. The Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to a different registered account.

4.1.3. Store Credit is valued in GBP (£) and is treated like cash. IZMAYLOVA Ltd is not in any way liable for stolen codes or misused Store Credit.

4.1.4. You cannot purchase Store Credit.aYour Store Credit will be debited onto your IZMAYLOVA account once we have received and accepted the return of the purchased items.aYou will receive email confirmation with instructions on how to proceed to using your Store Credit.

4.1.5. You may use store credit to purchase gift cards.

4.1.6. Any purchases that exceed that value of the Store Credit will require an additional payment for the outstanding balance due.

4.1.7. Your Store Credit will expire after one hundred and eighty (180) days from receipt or until the full value of the Credit has been used online at www.izmaylova.co.uk.


4.2. Obtaining Store Credit

4.2.1. Once you have returned an Item in accordance with sections 23.7, IZMAYLOVA Ltd will deposit the equivalent Store Credit to your registered account. You will receive an email confirming the transfer of Store Credit to your account in addition to information on how to activate your Store Credit and use it accordingly.

4.2.2. IZMAYLOVA Ltd is not responsible for how or when your Store Credit is used. You agree to indemnify us and our subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any or of the by any of them in connection with your use of Store Credit or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

4.2.3. By activating your Store Credit you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
