How it works

The core proces of the Integrated Life System is a series of one-to-one sessions, divided into two stages. Stage 1 is delivered by Joanna Griffin, counsellor and psychotherapist and Stage 2 by Dr Georges Petitjean, executive and life coach.

Prior to the first stage of the Integrated Life System the client is invited to attend a ninety minute preliminary session with both practitioners during which a comprehensive biopsychosocial history is taken, a unique profiling and mapping process (GPTM©) is instigated, and initial treatment goals are set. Following this the client begins the first stage of the system. Dependent on th outcomes of the preliminary session other practitioners may be employed to provide additional complementary services in counjuct with these sessions.

To conclude the Integrated Life System the client and the Integrated Life Team meet to reflect on the process, assess the results and develop a continuing growth plan for the client.
To integrate is to make whole by bringing all the parts together. At The Integrated Life Organization we use the word not only to define our work but to describe our attitude toward living well. The system is a process of self-discovery, from every perspective. Our commitment to you is to accompany you and support you throughout this demanding journey of expanding awareness and transformation leading to a richer life; an integrated life.

Each phase of the core process of the Integrated Life System lasts for a period of approximately siz weeks / siz sessions (the client is expected to attend a minimum of four sessions in each stage) totalling in approximately twelve weeks / twelve sessions. The process will be adapted according to the circumstances and needs of each client and taking into consideration their previous experiences of counselling, psychotherapy or coaching.
