Availability
All products are subject to availability. The website contains information on current availability of each item. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.
We aim to dispatch within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) following confirmation of your order, but during busy periods it may take longer.
In the Checkout section you will always find up-to-date information about when your items are expected to arrive.
Undeliverable parcels
If you have a parcel which is undeliverable you will always receive a reminder. If a courier is unable to deliver a parcel after a few attempts, it will be sent back to us. We will then apply a charge to cover the costs we have incurred in connection with the undeliverable parcel.
Important information
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Where do we deliver
We only deliver within the UK
Order Tracking
When the order is shipped we will send email confirmation with the tracking number. You will be able to check the status of your order.
Packaging
Your garment will arrive wrapped in tissue paper in our exclusive signature box together with Izmaylova authenticity card.
Insurance
IZMAYLOVA insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by IZMAYLOVA and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Duties and Taxes
CIP (cost insurance paid) delivery terms are applicable for all deliveries.
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom.
You agree to comply with the laws and regulations of the UK.
