Once a transaction has been completed tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled, or moved to another date. Should an event get cancelled or get moved to another date it is the buyers responsibility to claim a refund by contacting us. If you do not claim no refund will be given. Mostwantedtickets is not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets and will not be able to duplicate tickets under any circumstances so you are advised to keep your tickets at a safe location until nearer the event. The prices for tickets vary considerably and are dependant on the difficulty we have in obtaining the tickets and the price we pay for them. Some ticket prices may be significantly higher than others due to the fact that supply may not meet demand.

Delivery of tickets:

All tickets will be delivered within 7-10 days before an event, to the delivery address stated at the time of booking. All tickets are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteeing that you receive them the next working day before 1pm from the date we send them. In some cases, due to the nature of the business, we may not receive the tickets until shortly before the event date which at the very latest could be 2 days before the event. This is due to the fact that they may be held back by the promoter as a prevention measure against fraud or counterfeiting of the tickets. Should you not receive you tickets within 5 days of the event you can contact us via email or telephone and we will be happy to update you. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Mostwantedtickets of any change of address, contact phone number or email address.
