Delivery of tickets:

All tickets will be delivered within 7-10 days before an event, to the delivery address stated at the time of booking. All tickets are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteeing that you receive them the next working day before 1pm from the date we send them. In some cases, due to the nature of the business, we may not receive the tickets until shortly before the event date which at the very latest could be 2 days before the event. This is due to the fact that they may be held back by the promoter as a prevention measure against fraud or counterfeiting of the tickets. Should you not receive you tickets within 5 days of the event you can contact us via email or telephone and we will be happy to update you.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Mostwantedtickets of any change of address, contact phone number or email address.
