How do I know I get what have I paid for?

 

We issue all clients with a receipt as proof of judging on the nature of the investment and the partners that we use. You will also receive further correspondence sometimes from a 3rd party which will also validate your transaction purchase.

 

What if your company goes bust?

 

Your money is not invested with BG Ltd but in the asset itself, so your investment is perfectly secure. The asset is in your name; therefore we require permission to act on your behalf in the event of any given situation.

 

What is the minimum level I can put in?

 

Minimum levels can start around £10k – £15k depending on the nature of the investment. Expand if you want.

 

How long do I have to hold onto the investment to make a decent profit?

 

Depending on the nature of your investment strategy will envisage in an 18 month period the potential to realise a gain between 15% – 20% profit however we recommend to majority of clientele with global economic unrest still on going a medium to long-term view is the best outlook to adopt and this is where potentially the big profits can be found.

 

What happens when I want to sell my asset?

 

On receipt of a sale order will sell that position or holding for the prevailing market price and send all sums due to you the client within 30 days. In the case of property this may take longer and would be on the point of exchange.

 

Do I have to pay insurance premiums?

 

No

 

Are there any hidden charges?

 

No. Your total investment will be the amount you invest plus our standard 1.5% legal and administration fee.

 

Are there any redemption penalties for early release?

 

No. When liquidate your investment you will be charged our standard 1.5% legal and administration fee.

 

What is the risk of my asset going down?

 

The majority of downturns in any buoyant sector can sometimes be a direct result of investors cashing in on their assets to offset heavier losses experienced in more mainstream investment vehicles, bringing down the market temporarily. There are no guarantees however we do look at past performance to measure whether something is a good or wise investment but nevertheless not a guide to future projection.
